Old Fashioned Ice Cream

• 6 eggs beaten until fluffy 
• 2 cups sugar 
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 quart cream

1. Put eggs, sugar and vanilla into ice cream maker. 
2. If you want fruit add it now. 
3. Fill container with milk to 2 ½ inches from top. 
4. Around container use 1 part rock salt and 8 parts crushed ice. 
5. Process in ice cream maker.
6. When done….serve with your favorite toppings, if desired.
