- 6 eggs beaten until fluffy
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 quart cream
- Put eggs, sugar and vanilla into ice cream maker.
- If you want fruit add it now.
- Fill container with milk to 2 ½ inches from top.
- Around container use 1 part rock salt and 8 parts crushed ice.
- Process in ice cream maker.
- When done….serve with your favorite toppings, if desired.
