- 3 cups water
- 4 tsps beef bouillon (or 4 cubes)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- thinly sliced roast beef…
- Over Medium High heat blend together water, beef bouillon, soy sauce, garlic and flour in a medium sauce pan; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low; Add thinly sliced roast beef, salt and pepper to taste; simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until thicken to desired consistency.
Building a French Dip…
- 1 French Hoagie per sandwich
- Butter
- Garlic salt or powder
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter French Hoagies; add garlic salt to taste.
- Place under broiler for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Prepare Au Ju Gravy with roast beef.
- Place desired amount of roast beef from the gravy on top of each Prepared French Hoagie Bread.
- Serve with gravy for dipping. Enjoy!
