Au Ju Gravy

  • 3 cups water 
  • 4 tsps beef bouillon (or 4 cubes) 
  • 1 tsp soy sauce 
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper to taste 
  • thinly sliced roast beef…

  1. Over Medium High heat blend together water, beef bouillon, soy sauce, garlic and flour in a medium sauce pan; bring to a boil. 
  2. Reduce heat to low; Add thinly sliced roast beef, salt and pepper to taste; simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until thicken to desired consistency.

  • 1 French Hoagie per sandwich
  • Butter
  • Garlic salt or powder

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter French Hoagies; add garlic salt to taste. 
  2. Place under broiler for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Prepare Au Ju Gravy with roast beef. 
  4. Place desired amount of roast beef from the gravy on top of each Prepared French Hoagie Bread. 
  5. Serve with gravy for dipping. Enjoy!
