Macaroni and Cheese

  • 1 cup Macaroni noodles (dry) 
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • Velveeta cheese
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste 

  1. Cook noodles until tender; drain. 
  2. Add Butter, Velveeta cheese, milk, spices and mix well. 
  3. Heat on low until all is melted all together nicely and serve.

The amount of Velveeta is a matter of preference....for the kids and kids I use about two cups....for me, I only 1 cup....just depends on how cheesy you want it to be...
