- 1 cup Macaroni noodles (dry)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Velveeta cheese
- 1/3 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook noodles until tender; drain.
- Add Butter, Velveeta cheese, milk, spices and mix well.
- Heat on low until all is melted all together nicely and serve.
The amount of Velveeta is a matter of preference....for the kids and kids I use about two cups....for me, I only 1 cup....just depends on how cheesy you want it to be...
