Fanny Farmer Fudge Candy

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 pt. marshmallow fluff
  • 8 oz. bar German sweet chocolate
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  1. Put together butter, all chocolate, marshmallow fluff and vanilla in a large bowl: 

  • 4 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 12 oz can Carnation Evaporated Milk

  1. Combine sugar and milk together in a sauce pan and bring to a boil for only 9 minutes, no more, no less. 
  2. Add to chocolate mixture and beat well. 
  3. Then add 2 cups chopped nuts if desired. 
  4. Use a wooden spoon to mix. 
  5. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
