Onion Dip

• Mix together 
• 2 cups Sour Cream 
• 1 cup mayonnaise, optional
• 5 Tbsp Onion Soup Mix, see recipe below 

1. Top with chives, optional; chill and serve with chips or your favorite veggies. 

Onion Soup Mix:

• 3/4 cup instant minced onion
• 1/3 cup beef bouillon powder
• 4 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp crushed celery seed
• 1/4 tsp sugar

1. Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
2. About 5 tablespoons of mix is equal to 1 1¼ ounce package onion soup mix store bought.
