- Stew meat
- 1 can of Each Carrots, Corn, Peas, Green beans, tomatoes
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 bay leaves
- Garlic salt pepper
- Brown stew meat in olive oil.
- Put in Soup pot, add veggies and spices, bring to boil for several minutes.
- Turn to simmer for rest of day, stirring frequently.
- Stew will thicken.
- Serve hot with biscuits or corn bread.
