Cream Soup Mix

  • 2 cups dry milk 
  • ¾ cup cornstarch 
  • ¼ cup dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp basil 
  • 1 tsp thyme 
  • ½ tsp pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. 
  2. Store in air tight container until ready to use. 
  3. Equal to 1 can creamy condensed soup: 
  4. Combine 1/3 cup soup mix, 1 ¼ cups cold water in sauce pan. 
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. 

For variations to creamy condensed soup: add chopped broccoli, mushrooms, celery, onion, cheese or chicken just to name a few…
