- 2 cups dry milk
- ¾ cup cornstarch
- ¼ cup dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp thyme
- ½ tsp pepper
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Store in air tight container until ready to use.
- Equal to 1 can creamy condensed soup:
- Combine 1/3 cup soup mix, 1 ¼ cups cold water in sauce pan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
For variations to creamy condensed soup: add chopped broccoli, mushrooms, celery, onion, cheese or chicken just to name a few…
